For sea survival training
The wave generating equipment Tempest is a machine for sea survival training for high seas workers, air or sea rescue teams and armed forces. The survival training pool reproduces the conditions of the sea through a pneumatic system in a deep pool and can be equipped with a system of special effects such as wind, rain, fog generators and thunder and lightning storm simulators. All the equipment can be operated from a cabin through simple electronic controls.
This is equipment mostly used by oil platforms rescue teams, navigation companies which wish to conduct ship abandonment simulations, sea and air search and rescue personnel, submarine workers and armed forces, both for rescue and special operations.
The Tempest wave generator has been adopted by a large number of governments and companies throughout the world for their work on the high seas and it is an invaluable training tool for public and private operators and the armed forces.
This wave pool for survival training is available in configurations of 10, 12, 18 and 25 mts (35’, 43’, 64’, 89’) with chamber arrangements of 2x4, 2x6 y 2x8. This provides it with a wide range to develop activities starting with a few persons up to various work teams at the same time. It can also be equipped with helicopter rescue equipment under water through the company SEFTEC Ireland, business partner, and also with the H.U.E.T. inflatable survival equipment and assault boats.
The wave pool with a Tempest wave generator and its optional equipment of special effects are an invaluable tool for reliable response to any eventuality on the high seas.
