Manufacture
MOULDS. Our moulds have been improved since we were established. Our latest design guarantees full security, great excitement and total fun. Our mould maintenance personnel has more than 20 years of experience that they use to keep the moulds in perfect conditions and prepare them before production.
WORKFORCE. In Fibrart we are proud of our experimented staff. Our people have been working fiberglass slides and other fiberglass pieces for more than 20 years. Our production team has an average of 9 years of experience creating elements for aquatic parks and theme parks.
MATERIALS. We use top quality raw materials in our production process. Our suppliers provide us with guaranteed and tested materials. Our supplies have excellent characteristics (UV resistance, outdoor conditions resistance and adaptability, strength, among others) to be accepted worldwide.
Engineering and Design
Our design department is formed by 5 multidisciplinary persons. These people are dedicated 100% of their time designing, creating, calculating and engineering different aquatic park elements.
Some other aquatic parks suppliers subcontract or provisionally hire design personnel for each project, which limits significantly in terms of creativity, adaptability and increases the possibility of errors and, most critical, it augments the possibility of accidents.
Our design-engineer staff has been working in the aquatic park industry for more than 15 years. We supply full detailed drawings of your project from foundations to installation, including hydraulics, 3D views and many others.
