Inner-tube slides

The inner-tube slides are bigger slides to be used with inflatable inner-tubes. These type of slides are family rides and they entertain a large number of visitors. Basically we offer two kinds of inner-tube slides, the open inner-tube slide and the enclosed inner-tube slide.

Open inner-tube slides

Toborruedas

It has the same design as the traditional open body slide, but this one is 84” wide. The recommended length goes from around 130 feet long to 360 feet long. The height of the platform varies depending on the length of the water slide from around 20 feet high to 50 feet high.

Characteristics:

• Users ages/height: Form 10 to 60 years old or from 3’6” and higher

• Speed: Medium

• Gradient: 11% to 13%

• Arrival: Splash pool or run out

• Water requirements: 2300 gallons per minute

Inflatable inner-tubes: Double or single

Design: Limited. This water slide is open therefore safety limits the gradient and the width of the curves. The radius of the curves is very wide to avoid flipping over when riding the inner-tube slide, which requires a lot of free area for this type of slide.

Colors: We use solid colors. We recommend to use 2 colors for the water slide, one color for the inside (the sliding area) and a different color for the outside. We consider the minerals in water for the inside color and we use long lasting colors in the outside.

Kamilancha

It is a flat bottom open slide 54” wide. The length recommended goes from 115 feet long to 260 feet long, and the platform height varies depending on the length from around 23 feet to 50 feet high.

Characteristics:

• Users ages/height: Form 12 to 40 years old or from 5’ and higher

• Speed: High

• Gradient: 25% to 30%

• Arrival: Only run out recommended. Arriving to a splash pool is not suggested because it could be a radical speed change

• Water requirements: 235 gallons per minute

Inflatable inner-tubes: Double inner-tubes only

• Design: In a straight line. This inner-tube slide is a high speed ride, so the only design proposed is in a straight line

• Colors: We use solid colors. We recommend to use 2 colors for the water slide, one color for the inside (the sliding area) and a different color for the outside. We consider the minerals in water for the inside color and we use long lasting colors in the outside

Enclosed inner-tube slides

Aquatubo 54”

It has the same design as the traditional enclosed body slide (Aquatubo 32”), but this one is 54” wide. The recommended length goes from around 130 feet long to 360 feet long. The height of the platform varies depending on the length of the water slide from around 25 feet high to 60 feet high.

Characteristics:

• Users ages/height: Form 10 to 60 years old or from 3’6” and higher

• Speed: Medium to High (Adaptable to customer needs according to user characteristics)

• Gradient: 12% to 18% (This could fluctuate a lot)

• Arrival: Splash pool or run out

• Water requirements: 1200 gallons per minute

• Inflatable inner-tubes: Double or single

• Design: Very adaptable. This water slide is enclosed therefore the gradient can vary a lot and the width of the curves can be smaller so we can adapt to indoor places, different platform heights, desired speeds and others

• Colors: We can use solid colors or translucent colors. If we use solid color, no matter the color of the outside, the inside will be totally dark. This water slides are usually known as black holes and they are very exciting but intimidating

We can use translucent colors to let the light go through. This is very interesting because people can see the user sliding inside the Aquatubo and the user can see the way that he/she is going.
